By accessing or using the Door Pe Store application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

Door Pe Store is an online grocery delivery service that delivers fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy products, daily essentials, and household items to your doorstep. We operate within select PIN code service areas in West Bengal, India.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password).
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as required.
• Door Pe Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Each mobile number can be registered for only one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.

• All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement will be honoured for that order.
• Orders once placed may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Cancellation after dispatch may not be possible.
• We accept payments via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery (where available).
• In the event of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Delivery is available only within serviceable PIN code areas. You can check delivery availability during registration or at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to order volume, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Door Pe Store is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
• Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. If delivery fails due to an inaccessible address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

• Fresh produce, dairy, and perishable items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive in a damaged or spoiled condition.
• If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, please contact our support within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Approved refunds will be processed as store credit or to the original payment method, at our discretion.
• Non-perishable sealed items may be returned within 48 hours of delivery if unopened and in original condition.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
• Post or transmit any content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Place fraudulent orders or provide false delivery information.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Platform without our prior written consent.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Door Pe Store or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Door Pe Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to such claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
